Requirements for Returns and Exchanges

*Upon opening your package, make sure to fully inspect the products for any problems/defects and if there are any concerns, return the products to their original packaging immediately and report them to us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Failure to do so, will make you ineligible for an exchange or return.
Returns and exchanges are all subject to a careful inspection by our returns and exchange department staff. In order for the item to be accepted it must fulfill these requirements:
- Unworn ( having the trainer on longer than 5 minutes is considered worn )
- No personal scents/perfume/smoke
- No stains ( deodorant, makeup, perfume, liquids etc)
- All tags attached
- All packaging must be included ( clear plastic bag & packaging cardboard )
- No apparent stretching or wrinkling
- No pet hair
- Include the return and exchange form (Download Here)
- Received within 10 days after receipt of receiving order.
- Not a sale item ( all sale items are final sale)

Our exchange policy lasts for 10 days after receipt of receiving your order. The product must be in the same unworn/unused condition that you received it in. It must also have all tags attached, without any oder (perfume) or stains. If you are exchanging a Main or Thermal Trainer you must return it with the clear bag it came in. No exceptions. Make sure you print out and fill out the Return and Exchange Form below and include it with your returned items. Keep in mind we will need to inspect your returned item(s) and if it meets our criteria, then we will go ahead and grant you an exchange. The address is printed on the return and exchange form as well as above. Please make sure to hold on to your tracking number in case we ask for it. Please note: We cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Swancoast.
There are NO RETURNS on products in our Waist Training Collections, no exceptions. For all other products, our policy lasts for 10 days after receipt of receiving your order. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. We must receive your return by the 7th day or you will be issued store credit. The product must be in the same unworn/unused condition that you received it in. To complete your return, we require a printed and filled out Return/Exchange form (found below) with your returned merchandise. Keep in mind there are no returns or exchanges on sale/discounted items. They are all final sale. Please note that returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion will have the standard cost of shipping subtracted from the refund. Please make sure to hold on to your tracking number in case we ask for it. The address is printed on the return and exchange form as well as above. Once your return is received please allow 1- 5 business days for it to be inspected. We automatically process all returns without notification. If there is a problem or we deny your exchange/return then we will notify you. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Swancoast will be more than happy to exchange items for international customers, but please keep in mind that the same return and exchange policy adheres to international customers.
Late or missing refunds
Please allow up to 14 days from the date we received your item(s) for the refund to be reflected back to your original method of payment. If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Customer will be responsible for shipping costs to send the returned items back to Swancoast and for re-shipping for exchanges. To avoid any delays include a money order/cashiers check payable to Swancoast for $6.00 ( only USA customers ) in the parcel with your items. If not, we will send you an invoice for the amount via email. Once the shipping fee is paid, your exchange will be processed and shipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please make sure to hold on to your tracking number in case we ask for it
