When it's time to move down to a smaller sized trainer

Most of you, after about a month or 2, will no longer feel such a tight feeling any longer. When you wear your trainer and it starts to feel too comfortable then it may be time to go down to a smaller size yay :) This shows that you are already losing inches! Every time you go down a size you will want to start with how you first started the senna leaf tea-drinking it every night. Continue with the exercises as instructed to do so for your body type ( in the exercise post). If you are already at our smallest size-an Extra Small and still want a super dramatic smaller waist, there is an aggressive technique that worked on our models that you can do. This can only be done once you feel really comfortable in the Extra Small. You will want to wear your Main trainer as usual, and wear the Thermal Trainer on top of the Main trainer for intense compression. You can start by doing this for an hour at a time and work your way up to a couple hours a day. It is not recommended to sleep with this combination.
