How to care for your trainers

Wearing your trainers everyday will give them some serious wear. You will want to take good care of them to extend their durability. Here is a guide to assist you on how to take good care of them to make your waist training experience a pleasant one. 

Whenever you take off either trainer don't just through it in your underwear drawer! You should set it on a hanger with the cotton side up and latex side facing down to allow the trainer to air out. You can also place it on a chair with the cotton side up. This is crucial to prevent oder from building up.

Prolonged use of both trainers will cause any girl to perspire regardless of how active she is, especially the Thermal Trainer.  Excess sweating produces oder over time. You will need to wash your trainer by hand every month or when it starts to kind of emit a funky smell. Do NOT throw it in the washer or dryer, this will damage it! You will need to hand wash it. Use a mild detergent and wash with cold to warm water. Then allow it to fully air dry with cotton side facing up before you wear it.

Prolonged use also stretches the trainers, this is why you will want to alternate from the Main trainer to the Thermal trainer when you do the exercises for a few hours a day. This will give the Main Trainer rest time to start retaining its original tightness.

• How can we get rid of the latex smell from our waist trainers? I have no complaints with the waist trainer itself, however I find myself smelling like latex all day and I have to wash my hands multiple times a day to just get the smell off my hands! Let me know!
