Welcome to Waist Training 101

Hi ladies! If you have stumbled upon this blog you must have already heard or seen the hype of the results of our program. Upon seeing these results you may have pondered thoughts as to how our users achieved such results, whether you at first thought they were just born like that-lucky biotches right! Or even as far as thinking they underwent a rib removal operation! Well, those results are much more attainable than you first believed. All with hard work and dedication of course. Don’t expect to wear the trainer once and then assume your waist is going to magically transform in to a 22 inch waist in a matter of hours.


This is a program that will guide you on how to use both your trainers in conjunction with diet and certain exercises to achieve the best possible results. If you follow all the instructions and wear your trainers accordingly, you should start to see noticeable results in only a month. Now with that said, lets get started on this amazing waist-training journey.


By now, you should have received your waist trainers and you’re probably thinking now what? Well first and foremost, lets get acquainted with each trainer. The Main Trainer (black one) is designed to be worn at all times. The only times you’re not going to wear it, is when you switch to the Thermal Trainer (bright colored one) or with the exception of taking a shower. When you take it off to take a shower make sure it isn’t longer than an hour. This is crucial especially in the first month. The Thermal Trainer is designed to be worn an hour before your workout, during your whole high intensity workout, and an hour after. You should be using the Thermal Trainer everyday as well.


Both the Main Trainer and Thermal Trainer, will strengthen your core and improve your posture by keeping your back straight. They will also cause your body to amp up thermogenesis-increases heat in the body and in turn affects the body’s metabolism and increases the ability to burn fat, targeting the midsection. This will allow your body to rid itself of impurities and toxins through perspiration. Since the trainers have intense compression, this will instantly give you a smaller stomach therefor help reduce your food volume intake since you’ll feel full after eating only a small amount of food. If your midsection is under high compression all of the time, the majority of fat doesn’t have much space to form around your midsection so it starts forming around your hips, butt, and thighs-ultimately giving you an hourglass figure.
