Where are the instructions/information for the waist training program? I can't find it.

The full program is on our website where it says " waist training program." Only waist training customers will have access to it.

Where do I pay for the waist training program? How much is the program?

Our program is free with the the purchase of our waist trainers. Once you purchase one or both of our trainers you will have access to it.

I can't access the waist training program how can I see the content?

The waist training program is only accessible to our waist training customers. You must create a customer login before or while ordering to keep track of your purchase. Once you purchase the trainer, you should almost immediately be granted access to our waist training program.

Who can benefit from your trainers?

Our trainers serve a variety of people: Ladies who are very skinny with no curves can achieve more of an hourglass figure by wearing our trainers. Overweight women can lose several inches, tone, and burn fat around their midsection, eventually losing their belly. Women who gave birth can wear our trainers after pregnancy around their midrif to tighten core muscles, to reduce swelling and stretch marks, support the spine, and shrink the uterus back to it's normal size. It has also been reported that since the trainers help correct your posture they could help with back pain. 

How soon after I give birth can I wear the trainer?

Several women report feeling comfortable enough to wear our trainers as soon as a week after giving birth. It really comes down to when you feel comfortable enough to handle the compression. If you gave birth  by a Caesarean section also known as a C-section we recommend you consult with your physician first in regards to how soon they recommend you can wear a trainer after birth.

How many inches off my waist can I expect to lose with the waist training program?



You can expect to lose up to 3-4 inches per size. Once you lose those inches with the current trainers you are using and you still want a smaller waist or are going for dramatic results, you can buy another set of trainers a size smaller to continue with the program until you reach your desired results. For best results you will need to follow the waist training program as closely as you possibly can.

Do I still need to wear the trainers after I reach my desired size?

Yes, you will still need to wear the trainers after you reach your desired size in order to maintain your new shape. It is advised you wear your trainer 2-4 hours a day or overnight 3 times a week to maintain your new shape. 

Can I just wear your trainers and still lose inches off my waist? (Do I need to follow the program?)

Waist trainers were specifically designed for that purpose, but if you want faster and very noticeable results you will need to follow our waist training program. Wearing our trainers alone without doing our program will only give you subtle results over a much longer period of time. Our program gives you step by step instructions complete with images and videos of certain exercises, specific meals, a special detox, cleaning and care instructions for your new trainers, tricks on what to wear with your trainers to get the best and quickest results out of them. We give all these instructions based around specific body types-since we are all built different. We have specific instructions/exercises/meals/detox based off of your body type and the goal your pursuing. 

I already have a trainer, can I just purchase your program by itself?

Unfortunately, we don't offer the option to purchase the program by itself. 

Can I just purchase one trainer? Why do I need the two trainers for best results? 

It is highly recommended to use both trainers for the program since they work together to give you faster and better results. The Main trainer is intended for shaping an hourglass figure and being worn all day (it's thinner than the Thermal Trainer) and the Thermal Trainer is more for burning fat and toning due to it's thick and sturdy material that really ramps up a process called thermosis in your midsection while working out. Keep in mind, that the Main trainer is much longer than the Thermal Trainer so it covers more of your torso (reshapes more problematic areas such as love handles). This is something to keep in mind if you have a very short torso. The thermal trainer is what really helps burn fat (inches), so together while using them in conjunction with the waist training program, they both ultimately accomplish a flat & toned stomach with a silhouette of an hourglass figure.

Are your trainers steel boned corsets?

No, our trainers are not steel boned corsets but function very similar. Our trainers contain spiral metal rods to help support and they will immediately give you that beautiful hourglass silhouette (lose up to 5 inches instantly) and with extended use it will actually reshape your midsection through high compression and perspiration. Since it isn't as bulky as a traditional corset you can wear it under your clothes and no one will know you have it on. The waist trainers are also much more comfortable to sleep in than a steel boned corset. Our Thermal Trainer is intended to be used with exercise. Wearing this trainer while being active will get your body to activate thermogenisis (resulting in fat loss) in the midsection by ramping up heat and perspiration. This will also allow impurities and toxins to exit the skin. By combining both trainers with our waist training program will give you a much smaller waist line than what you started with. 

How do I make an account? I can't find it on the website.

You can make an account & log in to it from the top left corner of the website where it says " Create an Account "or click here 

To make an account, it is highly advised you make a guest account BEFORE purchasing to ensure access to our waist training program. Or while purchasing the trainers. If you already purchased a waist trainer, use the email address you received the confirmation email from. Make sure you use that same email to sign up for the waist training program in order to be able to access it. 

How do your trainers compare to other trainers on the market?

Our trainers are made of the highest quality in comparison to other trainers commonly found on the market. You won't have to worry about broken hooks (common amongst other trainers after a few weeks), rods that poke out, or it becoming really loose after a couple uses . Our trainers are also thicker and sturdier and they retain their tightness much longer than other trainers on the market. They are custom made and branded by us to ensure you get the best quality and unique designs not found anywhere else. Better quality means better results.

 I'm stuck in between sizes on the trainers, what do you suggest?

We understand not everyone has the same body shape. You might weigh the same and be as tall as your best friend but have a completely different body type. You might be more muscular, have fat that only seems to collect around your midsection, or have a flat tummy with a larger bottom half. This is why you need to keep your body type into consideration when looking at the size chart. The size chart should not be your only reference. We highly recommend you order based off your fitted shirt size. If you are stuck in between two sizes then use your belly to decide between the two sizes. If most of your fat collects around your belly then order the larger size, if you have a flat tummy and tend to be on the more muscular side, then order the smaller size. If you still need help, send your height, weight, and fitted shirt size along with two images of you in a bikini from the front and side to info@swancoast.com for assistance with sizing.

I need my trainer ASAP how soon will I receive it?

We typically ship out the same day if we receive your order before 1pm PST. After 1pm PST and we will ship out your order the following day. If you are within the U.S. expect your package anywhere from 1-3 days depending in which state you are in. Since we are based out of California, our California customers should receive their package in about 1-2 days after cleared payment. If an item is on backorder your order could take up to a few weeks to process before we ship it out. Please keep in mind shipping costs are non refundable.

I messed up, and need to change some information regarding my order how can I do that?

Since we ship out the same day if not the following day you must email or preferably call us (951) 245-1210 as soon as possible to ensure we update the system of any changes before shipping your package out. 

My international shipping time stated 6-10 days and I received it in two weeks. Aren't your shipping times guaranteed?

Shipping times are only estimates of average shipping times and are not guaranteed. Actual shipping time is dependent on several variables such as customs, the carrier itself, delays, holidays, re-routes, lost, and weather conditions. For this reason, we do not guarantee shipping times. The times listed are averages and can be shorter or longer than stated.

My item(s) state they are backordered, when will they be shipped out?

We typically have all merchandise in stock but we do run into unexpected situations sometimes where we temporarily run out of stock on some items. If this is the case, your items will be shipped out in 10-14 business days.

How long does it take to respond to emails? 

We typically respond anywhere from an hour to 24 hours.

El Main Trainerl es más para dar forma a una figura de reloj de arena y el Thermal Trainer es más para quemar grasa y tonificar, debido a que es un material grueso y resistente que realmente rampas hasta un proceso llamado thermosis en su abdomen. Tenga en cuenta el Main Trainer es mucho más largo que el Thermal Trainer por lo que cubre más de su torso ( remodela las áreas más problemáticas ) . Esto es algo a tener en cuenta si tienes un torso muy corto. All U.S. orders will be shipped out the same day they are placed if placed by 1:00 pm PST. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on the following business day-Monday.

All U.S orders including orders with free shipping will be shipped out via USPS which takes approximately 1-3 business days to get to it's destination.The closer your state is to California, the delivery time will be closer to 1 day.

We have a flat rate shipping cost of $6 within the United States if the order total is under $50. It's free if it's $50 and over

Express shipping within the U.S should take 1-2 days

International

All international orders will be shipped out the same day they are placed if placed by 1:00 pm PST. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on the following business day-Monday.

Since we border Canada, shipping times to Canada tend to be on the quicker side.

We ship all of our international orders with the exception of FEDEX/DHL orders by USPS. Please keep in mind that once the package crosses the border to your country the shipping company name will no longer be USPS (United States Postal Service). Your package will be delivered by your country's local post office company.

*Upon opening your package, make sure to fully inspect the products for any problems/defects and if there are any concerns, return the products to their original packaging immediately and report them to us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Returns and exchanges are all subject to a careful inspection by our returns and exchange department staff. In order for the item to be accepted it must fulfill these requirements:

• Unworn ( having the trainer on longer than 5 minutes is considered worn )
• No personal scents/perfume/smoke
• No stains ( deodorant, makeup, perfume, liquids etc)
• All tags attached
• All packaging must be included ( clear plastic bag & packaging cardboard )
• No apparent stretching or wrinkling 
• Unwashed
• Undamaged

Exchanges
Our exchange policy lasts for 10 days after receipt of receiving your order. The product must be in the same unworn/unused condition that you received it in. It must also have all tags attached, without any oder (perfume) or stains. If you are exchanging a Main or Thermal Trainer you must return it with the clear bag it came in. No exceptions. Make sure you print out and fill out the Return and Exchange Form below and include it with your returned items. Keep in mind we will need to inspect your returned item(s) and if it meets our criteria, then we will go ahead and grant you an exchange. The address is printed on the return and exchange form as well as above. Please make sure to hold on to your tracking number in case we ask for it. Please note: We cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Swancoast.

Returns
There are NO RETURNS on products in our Waist Training Collections, no exceptions. For all other products, our policy lasts for 10 days after receipt of receiving your order. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. We must receive your return by the 7th day or you will be issued store credit. The product must be in the same unworn/unused condition that you received it in. To complete your return, we require a printed and filled out Return/Exchange form (found below) with your returned merchandise. Keep in mind there are no returns or exchanges on sale/discounted items. They are all final sale. Please note that returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion will have the standard cost of shipping subtracted from the refund. Please make sure to hold on to your tracking number in case we ask for it. The address is printed on the return and exchange form as well as above. Processing time
Once your return is received please allow 1- 5 business days for it to be inspected. We automatically process all returns without notification. If there is a problem or we deny your exchange/return then we will notify you. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

International customers
Swancoast will be more than happy to exchange items for international customers, but please keep in mind that the same return and exchange policy adheres to international customers.

Late or missing refunds 
Please allow up to 14 days from the date we received your item(s) for the refund to be reflected back to your original method of payment. If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days please contact us at info@swancoast.com.

Sale
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
Customer will be responsible for shipping costs to send the returned items back to Swancoast and for re-shipping for exchanges. To avoid any delays include a money order/cashiers check payable to Swancoast for $6.00 ( only USA customers ) in the parcel with your items. If not, we will send you an invoice for the amount via email. Once the shipping fee is paid, your exchange will be processed and shipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
